The Pujadas Tribute fry pan is a professional-grade non-stick pan designed for daily use across a wide range of hot section tasks. Built from a multi-metal construction, it is compatible with induction hobs as well as conventional gas and electric ranges, making it a practical choice for most commercial kitchen set-ups.
The CeramiGuard II non-stick coating provides reliable food release and straightforward cleaning at the end of service. The multi-layer construction promotes even heat distribution across the cooking surface, which helps reduce hot spots and supports more consistent results when frying, sautéing, or searing at volume. The ergonomically shaped handle is designed to stay cooler during service, which matters when a pan is being moved frequently between stations or held for extended periods.
In practical terms, operators tend to value this pan for:
- Consistent heat spread that reduces the need to constantly reposition food
- A non-stick surface that keeps cleaning time short between covers
- Induction compatibility that makes it straightforward to move between hob types
- A handle design that reduces fatigue during a long service
- Rivet fixings engineered to resist loosening under repeated heavy use
At 360mm, this is a substantial pan suited to mid-to-high-volume cooking. It handles larger portions and batch cooking more comfortably than a smaller pan, though for very high-throughput operations where multiple large batches run simultaneously, it is worth considering whether additional pans or a heavier-duty option would better support the workflow.
This pan is well suited to restaurants, hotel kitchens, and contract catering operations where a reliable, easy-clean non-stick pan is needed for daily service. If you are equipping a kitchen and want to talk through how many pans you need or which sizes suit your menu, the team is happy to help you work through that.
