The White Album bowls from Rene Ozorio, produced by Steelite, are a fine china tableware piece designed for contemporary restaurant and dining environments. The 180mm bowl offers a generous, versatile shape suitable for starters, desserts, sharing plates, or presented side dishes depending on how your menu is structured.
Fine china of this type is chosen by operators who want a clean, luminous finish that presents food without distraction. The translucent quality of the body means plating detail shows clearly under dining room lighting — a practical consideration for kitchens where presentation is part of the offer.
From an operational standpoint, the White Album range is designed to coordinate across multiple piece types, which helps front-of-house teams build a consistent table without mixing disparate styles. Buying in a 12-pack format supports practical stock management for covers and allows for breakage replacement without disruption to the table aesthetic.
- Consistent white finish supports varied plating styles without clashing
- Fine china construction gives a premium feel without excessive weight in service
- Coordinates with other White Album pieces for a unified table setting
- Suitable for starters, desserts, sides, or sharing presentations
This bowl is well suited to casual fine dining, bistros, hotel restaurants, and contemporary independent restaurants where tableware presentation matters. It is a mid-range fine china piece — operators running very high-volume or high-turnover covers may want to consider more robust vitrified options elsewhere in the catalogue.
If you are putting together a full table setting or want guidance on which White Album pieces complement this bowl, the team is happy to help you work through the options.
