The White Album collection from Rene Ozorio for Steelite is a range of fine china tableware built around a clean, bright white finish with a subtly translucent body. These 200mm bowls are a versatile size — large enough to carry a generous portion of pasta, risotto, or a plated dessert, but proportionate enough for smaller composed dishes where presentation matters.
Fine china at this quality level is a practical choice for restaurants where front-of-house appearance is taken seriously. The material holds its whiteness well over repeated commercial dishwasher cycles, and the consistent glaze across the White Album range means pieces mix cleanly on the table without visual inconsistency. That consistency is worth considering when ordering — buying within a single range simplifies replacement and keeps table settings coherent over time.
These bowls are well suited to contemporary dining rooms, hotel restaurants, and any operation where plate presentation is part of the guest experience. They work equally well as part of a coordinated White Album table build or alongside other plain white fine china, provided the finish is compatible. The 12-pack quantity is practical for most restaurant operations, making it straightforward to stock enough covers without over-ordering.
Fine china does require a degree of care in handling and storage to avoid chipping — it performs well in commercial dishwashers but benefits from careful racking. For operations running very high cover numbers or environments where breakage risk is higher, a more robust earthenware or porcelain alternative may be worth considering alongside this range.
