The White Album Square Elevation with Indent from Rene Ozorio is a fine china presentation accessory designed to add height and structure to plated dishes. The square platform with a central indent allows a bowl, glass, or smaller plate to sit securely on top, giving chefs a simple way to create a layered presentation without complicated assembly during service.
In a busy restaurant environment, consistency matters as much as creativity. These elevations are made from fine china with a luminous, translucent finish that holds its appearance across repeated service cycles and regular warewasher use. The neutral white surface keeps attention on the food rather than the tableware, which suits kitchens where the plate presentation is considered part of the dining experience.
Practical points worth considering before purchasing:
- Fine china construction is durable in normal service but requires careful handling during stacking and storage
- The indent provides a location point for smaller vessels, aiding plate-up consistency across a section
- Sold in a 12-pack, which supports a consistent look across a set number of covers
- Part of the wider White Album range, so additional pieces can be introduced to build a coordinated table setting
These elevations are well suited to restaurants, private dining rooms, and hotel food and beverage operations where plated presentation is a deliberate part of the guest experience. They are less appropriate for high-volume casual dining where speed of service takes priority over presentation detail. Catering operations running larger cover counts may want to consider purchasing in greater quantities to maintain continuity across the pass.
If you are building out a presentation tableware scheme and would like guidance on mixing pieces from the White Album range, our team is happy to help you work through what will suit your service style.
