Sammic Inner collection container for delicate cuts

• Special container designed for collecting Déli-cut slices as well as other delicate and small cuts.
• Included with the Compact veg prep/combi, with the option to purchase additional units.

Designed to ensure that the most delicate cuts, such as small dice or brunoise cuts, maintain their shape and quality throughout the process.

• Ideal for delicate cuts: Thanks to the Inner collecting container, the smallest and most precise cuts, such as the Déli-cut (4 x 4 x 8 mm dice), fall gently into the container, avoiding damage to the product.
• Improved hygiene: By minimizing direct contact with the food, cleaner and safer processing is guaranteed, meeting high kitchen hygiene standards.
• Operational efficiency: This system allows cutting and collecting in a single step, saving time and making it easier to transfer products to containers or preparation areas.
