The Seasons by Porcelite Graphite Rectangular Plate is a vitrified porcelain plate finished in a deep graphite glaze, designed for front-of-house use in professional hospitality settings. The rectangular format — broader than a standard round plate — lends itself to linear plating styles and structured presentation, making it a practical choice where kitchen teams are building consistent, composed dishes.
Porcelite’s Seasons range is manufactured to withstand the routine demands of commercial service: repeated dishwasher cycling, stacking in a busy pass, and the general handling that comes with high-cover environments. The graphite finish holds up well against surface marking and is less likely to show minor scuffs than lighter-coloured alternatives, which can be a practical consideration in high-throughput operations.
- Graphite glaze suits both modern and rustic plating styles
- Rectangular shape supports structured, linear presentation
- Vitrified porcelain resists chipping under commercial handling
- Dishwasher safe for commercial warewashing cycles
- Supplied as a pack of six — practical for cover-based ordering
The plate is well suited to restaurants, bistros, and event caterers looking to bring a degree of visual consistency to their table settings without committing to expensive bespoke pieces. It works particularly well for starter and dessert courses, though the format is versatile enough for main plates depending on portion style. For operations running very high covers or requiring more robust chip resistance, it is worth considering heavier-gauge alternatives within the wider Porcelite range.
