The Steelite Craft range is a well-regarded collection of tableware designed for commercial foodservice environments. The Apple colourway is a confident, fresh green tone that sits within the broader Craft palette, which is built around earthy, natural hues suited to modern plating styles. These 370mm plates are a substantial size, appropriate for main courses or sharing presentations where a larger canvas is useful.
In practical terms, the Craft range is made to withstand the rigours of commercial use — regular dishwasher cycles, busy pass environments, and the handling that comes with high-cover services. Steelite’s reputation in the foodservice sector is built on durability and consistent glaze quality, and the Craft line reflects that. The Apple colourway holds its vibrancy well under repeated washing, which matters when a consistent table appearance is part of the dining offer.
This plate is particularly well suited to kitchens where the menu leans towards plant-based, vegetable-led, or health-conscious dishes, where the colour of the tableware can reinforce the character of the food. It also works well for sharing plates, small plates menus, and contemporary main course plating where a more expressive backdrop is wanted rather than a plain white.
Plates are sold in packs of six, which suits operators topping up existing Craft Apple sets or building initial covers incrementally. For sites that need to outfit a full dining room, multiple packs will be required — it is worth considering breakage allowances when calculating quantities.
If you are building a full table setting within the Craft range or want guidance on quantities for your cover count, the team is happy to help you plan it through.
