Steelite Performance Flora Coupe Plates Blue 152mm (Pack of 12)

The Steelite Performance Flora coupe plates in blue are 152mm side plates or starter plates suited to table settings where a consistent, considered aesthetic matters. The coupe profile — rimless, with a gently curved edge — gives a clean, contemporary presentation that works equally well with modern plating styles or more traditional service. The blue colourway is part of Steelite’s Flora range, offering a defined look for operators who want crockery to contribute to the overall dining experience rather than simply serve as a neutral background.

Manufactured from high alumina vitrified china, these plates are built for the demands of commercial service. High alumina vitrified is a durable, dense ceramic composition that resists chipping at the rim and edge — the areas most vulnerable in a busy kitchen environment — and handles the thermal cycling of dishwasher use without the crazing or micro-cracking that can affect lower-grade materials over time. At this plate size, they’re well suited to amuse-bouches, bread, side dishes, or small starters.

• Chip-resistant high alumina vitrified construction holds up in daily commercial use
• Thermally stable under repeated dishwasher cycles, reducing replacement frequency
• Rimless coupe profile supports clean, modern plating presentation
• Consistent blue colourway across the Flora range aids coordinated table setting
• Dishwasher safe for efficient post-service turnaround

At 152mm, this is a compact plate intended for supplementary courses or side service rather than a main course cover. Operators building a full table setting should confirm the full Flora range includes complementary pieces at the sizes required for their menu format. For high-volume operations with significant breakage exposure, it’s worth considering whether the pack quantity aligns with your cover count and replacement strategy.

If you’re unsure whether the Flora range fits your table setting requirements or want to discuss volume pricing across a full crockery specification, the team is happy to help you work through it.
