The Rene Ozorio White Album tray is a fine china serving piece designed for composed food presentation. At 125mm in diameter, it sits comfortably as a canapé tray, small sharing plate, or accompaniment dish, and its clean, undecorated surface allows the food itself to take centre stage. The White Album range is manufactured by Steelite and is part of a broader coordinated collection, meaning these trays can sit alongside other pieces in the same line without visual conflict.
Fine china of this type is well suited to front-of-house environments where presentation standards are high. The translucent, luminous body reads clearly under restaurant lighting and holds up to the handling demands of regular service when treated with appropriate care. Like all fine china, these trays perform best in operations with proper handling and storage protocols — they are not designed for environments where heavy-duty durability is the primary requirement.
Practical benefits for service teams include:
- Coordinated across the White Album collection for consistent table presentation
- Lightweight format suits canapé service, amuse-bouche, and small plate covers
- Smooth, unglazed-edge profile allows clean stacking between services
- Neutral white finish works across a wide range of plating styles
- Supplied in a 12-pack, suitable for covering a standard section or pass setup
These trays are best suited to upscale casual dining, fine dining, private members’ clubs, hotel restaurants, and event catering operations where presentation detail matters. For higher-volume or more robust service requirements, heavier stoneware alternatives within the Steelite catalogue may be worth considering. If you are building out a full table setting or matching to existing White Album pieces already in use, it is worth speaking with us to confirm compatibility across the range.
