Steelite Vesuvius Lapis Saucers 152mm (Pack of 12)

The Steelite Vesuvius Lapis saucer is part of Steelite’s Vesuvius range, finished in a distinctive lapis glaze. Made from alumina vitrified ceramic, these saucers are produced for consistent use in commercial table service environments where both appearance and durability matter day to day.

Alumina vitrified ceramic is a well-regarded material in commercial tableware. It is denser and harder-wearing than standard earthenware, making it more resistant to chipping and crazing under the repeated thermal cycling of a busy dishwasher. For front-of-house teams handling high cover counts, that translates to a longer useful life and fewer replacements over time.

At 152mm these saucers are a practical size for standard espresso and cappuccino cups, as well as side use on a café or restaurant table. The lapis colourway suits contemporary and casual-dining settings where a stronger colour palette is part of the room’s character.

Sold in a pack of 12, the quantity suits initial stocking for smaller operators or topping up an existing set. If you are outfitting a larger site or need to match across a full range of cups, bowls and plates, it is worth checking availability across the wider Vesuvius Lapis collection before ordering in pieces.

If you are unsure whether this saucer pairs correctly with a specific cup from the range, or need to work out quantities for a full table-service setup, feel free to get in touch — we are happy to help you work through it.
