Want to cook authentic pizza in a fraction of the time? Then the Turbochef, single-phase fire pizza oven is exactly what you’re looking for. Thanks to its ventless design, the oven operates at temperatures of up to 450°C, allowing it to cook a 14″ pizza in as little as 90 seconds – without compromising on quality. This makes the pizza oven ideal for fast-paced services, where pizza can be prepped, cooked and served to your customers in minutes.

Plus, Turbochef’s innovative design and cooking process removes the need for turning or moving the pizza – leaving pizzas uniformly cooked throughout and with a deliciously crispy base.

And thanks to the easy-to-use digital controls, the oven makes it easy for your staff to set and monitor cooking progress.
