Extend the life of your oil and reduce waste with the innovative Vito FT440 oil tester. Cooking oil can be a key expense for any professional kitchen, which is why it’s important to reduce oil waste wherever possible. The Vito FT440 enables you to easily test your cooking oil daily so you keep it until the very end of its useable life.
By using ultra-accurate sensors, the FT440 detects both the temperature and the TPM (Total Polar Material) of cooking oil, so you’ll know whether the oil requires changing. A simple traffic light system provides at-a-glance feedback, ensuring there are no complicated readings or measurements to take – if it’s red, it’s time to change the oil. Vito’s efficient system ensures you’ll only ever change the oil when absolutely necessary. So you’re not just saving money on oil – you’re also spending less time draining, cleaning down and refilling fryers whilst substantially reducing the amount of waste your kitchen produces. The perfect solution for keeping costs down.
