Vogue ABS Gastronorm Tray Lid Clear GN 1/1

This is a clear ABS plastic lid designed to fit Vogue’s own range of GN 1/1 gastronorm trays. It provides a close-fitting cover for storage in fridges, walk-in cold rooms, and during transport between prep and service areas. The transparent material means contents are visible without lifting the lid, which is a small but practical advantage when working quickly through a busy service.

In day-to-day kitchen use, the clear lid earns its place in the prep and storage workflow. Being able to identify contents at a glance reduces time spent rummaging through a cold room, and keeping trays covered during storage helps maintain hygiene standards and limits the risk of cross-contamination between products. The lid is also dishwasher safe, so it fits into the standard pot wash cycle without any special handling.

• Transparent design for instant visual identification of stored contents
• Close-fitting cover helps protect against cross-contamination in cold storage
• Dishwasher safe for straightforward cleaning at end of service
• BPA-free ABS plastic suitable for use in commercial cold storage environments
• Heat resistant, allowing use when covering foods being held or reheated at moderate temperatures

One important practical point: this lid is made specifically for Vogue’s ABS gastronorm trays and is not a universal fit. It will not seat correctly on standard stainless steel gastronorm pans, so it is worth confirming compatibility with your existing tray stock before ordering in quantity.

This lid is well suited to any operation already using Vogue ABS gastronorm trays for cold storage or prep — from small café kitchens to larger contract catering environments. If you are building up a gastronorm storage system from scratch and are unsure which tray and lid combination suits your workflow, we are happy to help you work through the options.
