Vogue Stainless Steel 1/4 Gastronorm Drainer Tray

This Vogue 1/4 gastronorm drainer tray is a straightforward stainless steel insert designed to sit inside a 1/4 GN container and separate liquid from food during storage. The perforated surface allows juices and excess moisture to drain away from the food above, keeping ingredients in better condition and reducing the risk of sogginess or cross-contamination between liquids and solids.

In a working kitchen, moisture management during cold storage is easy to overlook but has a direct impact on ingredient quality and waste. A drainer tray keeps proteins, vegetables, or prepared components elevated above their own liquid, which is particularly useful for marinated meats, washed produce, or defrosting items where pooling liquid can accelerate deterioration.

• Perforated base separates liquid from food during storage
• Fits 1/4 GN containers and larger GN trays where needed
• Constructed from 201 stainless steel for durability
• Dishwasher safe for straightforward end-of-service cleaning
• Lightweight and easy to handle in a busy cold-storage environment

Being dishwasher safe makes end-of-shift cleaning practical without any additional handling requirements. The stainless steel construction is robust enough for daily commercial use and resists the knocks and stacking pressures typical of a busy prep or storage environment.

This is a useful addition to any kitchen already working with Vogue gastronorm containers, particularly in sites where cold storage organisation and ingredient quality are a priority. It is a simple, reliable accessory rather than a complex piece of equipment — but if you have questions about fitting it into your existing GN system or want to discuss storage solutions more broadly, we are happy to help.
