Winterhalter Energy Saving Pass Through Dishwasher PT-M Energy+

Designed for efficiency and performance, the Winterhalter PT-M Energy pass-through dishwasher is an effective solution for washing large quantities of crockery and utensils. Made in Germany, the PT-M features a fully flexible wash system to ensure excellent washing results, whether it’s simply rinsing or removing the most stubborn food residue. Self-cleaning systems and intuitive digital controls make the Winterhalter simple to use and clean – a great choice for the professional kitchen.

This dishwasher delivers a rinse temperature of 82°c for 12 seconds, a temperature that cannot be achieved when handwashing. As such, cleaning your equipment with this commercial dishwasher is the only way to ensure effective sanitation when washing, thereby protecting staff and customers against transferable viruses. Once cleaned, we recommend storing your equipment in the wash basket to reduce contact and handling.
