Winterhalter Utensil Washer UF-M

DF_57DAYS

When cutlery piles up, this Winterhalter Utensil Washer with cold fill functionality has an output that guarantees your customers don’t go without, with a maximum of 40 racks being washed per hour. Capable of washing even larger utensils including gastronorm pans, the washer covers every inch of its wash chamber thanks to innovative reversible wash cycles that filter water from both above and below. This heavy duty appliance also incorporates a handy self-cleaning system to minimise maintenance and ensure optimal standards of hygiene throughout the day.

This utensil washer delivers a rinse temperature of 82°C for 12 seconds, a temperature that won’t be reached when handwashing. As such, cleaning your equipment with this commercial utensil washer is the only way to guarantee effective sanitation when washing – ensuring staff and customers are protected against transferrable viruses. Once cleaned, we recommend storing your equipment in the wash basket to reduce contact and handling.
