These Bolero barrier posts are a practical crowd management solution for venues that need to direct footfall, section off areas, or manage queues without permanent fixtures. Each post stands at floor level on a flat, weighted base that provides reliable stability on hard flooring without the risk of tipping under light contact — a useful characteristic in busy front-of-house environments where guests move unpredictably.
The flat drum top features a slotted collar designed to accept rope barriers, making it straightforward to configure cordoned routes or waiting areas. The base also incorporates a stacking gap, so when the posts are not in use they store compactly without taking up unnecessary floor space — a consideration worth bearing in mind if storage is limited.
Constructed from powder coated steel, the posts are suited to both indoor and outdoor use and clean down easily. In practice they are commonly used in hotel lobbies, restaurants, event spaces, and exhibition venues where a tidy, consistent appearance matters alongside function.
- Stable weighted flat base reduces tipping risk on smooth flooring
- Slotted collar accommodates rope barriers for flexible queue layouts
- Stacking base gap allows compact storage between events
- Powder coated steel finish suits indoor and outdoor environments
- Sold as a pack of two for immediate paired deployment
It is worth noting that rope barriers are sold separately, so if you are setting up a new barrier run it is worth confirming compatibility with your chosen rope style before ordering. For higher-volume sites or large event spaces requiring extended barrier runs, heavier-duty or higher-capacity options may be worth considering.
If you are unsure how many posts your layout requires or which rope style works best with these, we are happy to talk it through.
