This is a half gastronorm pan from Pujadas’ Cool Line range, finished in a distinctive grey colour with a non-stick interior. It is built on an 18/10 stainless steel body with a patented sandwich base that supports even heat distribution and makes the pan compatible with induction, gas, electric and vitroceramic heat sources. It fits standard half GN positions across bain maries, hot cupboards, gastronorm frames and compatible ovens.
In day-to-day kitchen use, the non-stick coating aids food release and simplifies cleaning at the end of service — a practical consideration when pans are being turned around quickly between sittings or across a buffet run. The reinforced edges and robust construction help the pan hold up under the regular handling that comes with high-volume catering, where pans are frequently moved, stacked and washed.
The grey finish sets it apart from standard polished stainless pans, which can be useful for colour-coding different food types or adding a more considered look to a buffet or display counter. Key practical points include:
- Non-stick interior reduces food residue and speeds up end-of-service cleaning
- Sandwich base delivers even heat and works across all common heat sources including induction
- Reinforced edges resist denting under regular commercial handling
- Grey finish supports colour-coding or a more refined buffet presentation
- Standard 1/2 GN format fits across bain maries, ovens, gastronorm frames and transport systems
This pan is well suited to hotels, event caterers, restaurants and contract catering operations where buffet or counter service is a regular part of the operation. For kitchens needing different depths or full GN sizing, alternative options are available within the range.
If you are building out a gastronorm system or want guidance on which pan depths and configurations suit your service setup, the team is happy to talk it through.
