Steelite Performance Flora Coupe Plates Pink 252mm (Pack of 12)

The Steelite Performance Flora coupe plates are a 252mm round plate finished in a distinctive pink colourway, produced in high alumina vitrified ceramic. Coupe plates — characterised by their wide, flat surface and minimal rim — are a practical choice for modern plating styles, offering chefs a clean canvas for composed dishes without the visual interruption of a raised edge.

High alumina vitrified construction is well regarded in commercial tableware for its durability under the conditions of a busy dining operation. The material handles the thermal cycling of daily dishwasher use without crazing or stress cracking, and resists chipping better than standard vitrified china — a meaningful consideration when plates are stacked, racked, and handled at volume across multiple covers each service.

From an operational standpoint, these plates offer several practical advantages for front-of-house teams:

• High alumina vitrified body resists chipping during everyday service handling
• Retains heat effectively from pass to table, supporting accurate dish temperatures
• Handles thermal shock without damage, suited to dishwasher cycles at commercial temperatures
• Pink colourway adds a defined visual identity to table settings without requiring additional decoration
• Supplied in a pack of 12, practical for building or replenishing a matching set

The distinctive pink finish makes these plates well suited to venues where table presentation forms part of the overall dining experience — boutique restaurants, afternoon tea settings, brunch concepts, or event catering where a consistent colour palette is important. They are less likely to be the right choice for high-turnover casual dining environments where tableware attrition is a primary concern, though the high alumina body does offer above-average durability for the category.

If you are specifying tableware across a larger cover count, or weighing this finish against other options in the Flora range, the team is happy to talk through what will work best for your service style and volume.
