Steelite Performance Flora Coupe Plates Aqua 280mm (Pack of 12)

The Steelite Performance Flora coupe plates in aqua are a 280mm vitrified ceramic plate sold in packs of twelve. The coupe profile — a shallow, rimless shape with a gently curved edge — suits a wide range of plating styles and is a common choice in modern restaurant and hospitality environments where a clean, uncluttered table presentation is preferred.

Made from high alumina vitrified ceramic, these plates are built for the demands of busy service. High alumina vitrified ware is denser and harder than standard porcelain, which translates to better resistance to chipping and crazing over time — a meaningful consideration when plates are being handled repeatedly across multiple sittings. The material also supports good heat retention, helping dishes hold their serving temperature between kitchen pass and table.

From an operational standpoint, the key practical benefits are:

• Thermal shock resistance, allowing plates to move between chilled storage and hot pass without cracking
• Dishwasher safe construction suited to high-cycle commercial glasswashers and dishwashers
• The aqua colourway provides a consistent, recognisable look that works well in contemporary dining settings
• Pack quantity of twelve supports straightforward stock management by cover count

There are no installation or utilities requirements for tableware of this kind, though storage racking and plate-warming provision are worth considering when specifying quantities. For venues running high cover counts across multiple sittings, ordering sufficient pack quantities to allow full rotation through the dishwasher without shortfall during service is worth planning in advance.

These plates are well suited to restaurants, hotels, and contract catering operations looking for durable, dishwasher-safe tableware with a defined colour identity. The 280mm diameter is a practical all-round size for main course plating. Operators needing smaller starter plates or larger sharing plates will find alternative sizes within the Flora range.

If you are specifying tableware across a full cover count or coordinating with other pieces in the Flora range, the team is happy to talk through quantities and options before you order.
