The White Album Round Elevations by Rene Ozorio for Steelite are fine china presentation risers designed to add height and structure to plated dishes. At 260mm in diameter, they provide a generous base for composed starters, sharing plates, or dessert presentations, giving the table a considered, refined aesthetic without overcomplicating the cover layout.
In practice, these elevations work best as part of a coordinated table setting rather than as standalone pieces. The translucent quality of the fine china gives the range a distinctive, understated character that reads well under restaurant lighting, and the neutral white finish keeps the focus squarely on the food. They are commonly used in contemporary fine dining, boutique hotel restaurants, and tasting menu environments where presentation detail matters.
Key practical points for front-of-house use:
- Fine china construction — handle with appropriate care during service and washing
- Consistent finish across the pack, well suited to matching table sets
- 260mm diameter suits most plating styles without dominating the cover
- Designed to pair with other White Album pieces for a cohesive table
- Sold in a pack of 12, suitable for small to mid-sized sections
It is worth considering that fine china elevations of this type are more delicate than standard porcelain tableware and benefit from careful stacking and storage. They are not intended for high-turnover canteen or casual dining environments where robustness is the priority.
These elevations are best suited to restaurants, hotel dining rooms, and event caterers focused on premium presentation. If you are building out a full table setting or need guidance on quantities for your cover count, we are happy to help you work through the options.
