This dining set pairs a rectangular Turin table with four Manhattan chairs, finished in a dark walnut stained rubberwood with a matte PU top coat. The upholstered seat pads are covered in a Shetland Forest easy-clean vinyl, making the set practical for hospitality environments where spills and frequent wiping down are part of daily service.
The table base is powder-coated steel with adjustable screw-in feet, which is a small but useful detail in older buildings or dining rooms where floors are rarely perfectly level. The chairs tuck neatly under the table when not in use, which helps maintain circulation space during quieter periods and makes cleaning the floor around the furniture straightforward.
In practical terms, this set works well in:
- Café and bistro dining areas with moderate daily covers
- Hotel breakfast rooms and informal dining spaces
- Staff canteens and breakout areas requiring durable, coordinated furniture
- Pub dining rooms with a contemporary finish requirement
The rubberwood construction is reasonably robust for general hospitality use, though it is worth noting this is not a contract-grade furniture line intended for the highest-turnover environments. For venues running multiple sittings daily at volume, a heavier-duty commercial furniture specification may be worth considering.
At 47kg for the complete set, delivery and installation requires two people. The vinyl seat upholstery wipes clean easily, though as with all padded seating, care should be taken to avoid sharp objects that could compromise the fabric over time.
