UNOX DET&Rinse ULTRA PLUS is a concentrated oven detergent formulated specifically for use with UNOX ovens that feature an automatic washing system and integrated detergent tank. Each pack contains ten 1-litre bottles of the concentrated formula, making it a practical bulk purchase for kitchens running UNOX equipment as a core part of their operation.
The detergent is designed to cut through the oils, fats, and baked-on grease that accumulate during busy service periods. Used as part of the oven’s built-in wash cycle, it allows the cleaning process to run largely unattended, which matters in kitchens where end-of-service cleaning time is limited and staff need to move quickly between tasks.
From a practical standpoint, using the manufacturer’s own detergent in a UNOX automatic wash system offers a few straightforward advantages:
- Formulated to work within UNOX’s automatic wash cycle parameters
- Concentrated formula — a little goes a long way across a busy service week
- Helps maintain cavity condition and prolongs oven working life
- Suitable for integrated tank systems without risk of incompatibility
- Bulk pack of ten reduces ordering frequency for high-use sites
It is worth noting that this detergent is intended for UNOX ovens equipped with an automatic washing system. It is not a general-purpose oven cleaner for manual application, and using it in equipment it is not designed for is not recommended.
This product is well suited to any site running compatible UNOX combi or convection ovens — from hotel kitchens and contract catering operations to schools, care homes, and busy restaurant kitchens. If you are unsure whether your specific UNOX model uses this detergent or which consumables are compatible with your oven’s wash system, the team is happy to point you in the right direction before you order.
