The Steelite Performance Flora coupe bowls in aqua are a 215mm rimless bowl finished in a distinctive aqua colourway, part of Steelite’s Performance Flora range. Made from high alumina vitrified china, they are intended for front-of-house use in commercial hospitality environments where tableware takes sustained daily use. Each pack contains twelve bowls.
High alumina vitrified construction gives this range durability that holds up under the rigours of busy restaurant and hotel service — resisting chipping and crazing through repeated handling, stacking, and the thermal cycling of commercial dishwashers. The material also supports reasonable heat retention once dishes are plated, which is useful during service when bowls may be held briefly before reaching the table.
From an operational standpoint, the key practical advantages of this range include:
- Dishwasher safe for high-throughput warewashing cycles
- Resistant to thermal shock, reducing breakage risk in fast-paced kitchens
- Coupe profile suits a range of plating styles without a rim to work around
- The aqua colourway provides a consistent, recognisable table identity
- Sold in packs of twelve, which aligns with standard cover counts and reduces per-unit cost
There are no particular installation considerations for tableware of this type. Storage space and suitable racking for safe stacking are the main practical factors to consider. As with any vitrified china, avoiding stacking too high or mixing with heavier stoneware items during warewashing will prolong service life.
These bowls are well suited to restaurants, hotels, bistros, and similar hospitality venues looking for a coloured tableware option that is consistent in finish and practical to maintain. Operators needing a neutral or white alternative, or a different size profile, will find other options within the Flora range and the broader Steelite Performance catalogue.
If you are specifying tableware across a full cover count or matching to an existing range, our team is happy to help you work through quantities and options before you order.
