Steelite Performance Flora Coupe Plates Aqua 202mm (Pack of 12)

The Steelite Performance Flora coupe plates in aqua are a 202mm high alumina vitrified plate supplied in a pack of twelve. The coupe profile — a shallow, rimless shape with a gently curved base — provides a clean, contemporary presentation that works well across a range of menu styles, from plated starters through to desserts. The aqua colourway adds a considered visual element to table settings without overpowering the food.

High alumina vitrified construction is a practical choice for commercial environments. The material offers good resistance to chipping and crazing under the thermal stresses of everyday service — hot from the pass, cooled in the wash, and back into service again. That durability matters when plates are going through a commercial dishwasher multiple times per day across a busy week.

From an operational standpoint, this range offers several advantages worth noting:

• High alumina vitrified body resists chipping and crazing under repeated thermal cycling
• Dishwasher safe construction supports efficient post-service turnaround
• Coupe profile suits plated starters, mains, and desserts across varied menus
• Aqua colourway provides visual consistency across table covers
• Supplied in a pack of twelve, practical for setting up or topping up covers

These plates are straightforwardly dishwasher safe, which keeps post-service handling practical. There are no special cleaning requirements beyond standard commercial dishwasher cycles and appropriate stacking to avoid abrasion between plates during washing or storage.

The 202mm diameter suits plated portions across most casual dining, gastro pub, and mid-range restaurant settings. For operations requiring larger plating surface — particularly for generous main course portions — a larger plate size within the Flora range may be worth considering. Equally, for venues wanting a more neutral palette, the same profile is available in other colourways.

If you are specifying tableware across a new site or want to discuss which size and finish best suits your menu and cover count, the team is happy to help you think it through before you order.
